Havaan Tuvali will, within 1(one) year from date of purchase, repair or replace (as it’s opinion) free of charge, any factory-originated defects in materials and workmanship, including any damage during transit when order. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from mishandling, accidents, wear and tear of normal use, water intrusion from use at depth exceeding the watch’s water resistance rating or failure to secure the screw-down crown.
To obtain the warranty service, send us your watch among with this card to our office in Taiwan with the watch carefully wrapped and packaged or contact us at havaantuvali@outlook.com for more details and assistance. Shipping costs incurred in the process of presenting the watch for a warranty claim are the watch owner’s responsibility.
